Courtney Holman is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong background in finance and education. She began her career in the financial sector in 2005 and later transitioned into real estate, leveraging her expertise to help clients buy, sell, and invest in properties. Holding a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Master’s in Education from Central Michigan University, she is passionate about educating others.

Courtney is certified by the National Association of Expert Advisors and co-authored The Ultimate Real Estate Survival Guide. She holds multiple designations, including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. As a licensed instructor and PIE-approved educator in Georgia, she teaches real estate courses and continuing education programs for agents and brokers. She has taught at institutions like Colibri Real Estate School and Capitus Learning Center and serves as the Lead Instructor for Train The Agent™, where she develops courses and consults for brokerages across Georgia.
